My Approach

I believe that communication is at the heart of all successful designs and take pride in ensuring that my course content is designed in a way that reaches learners through the right combination of visuals and text by following multimedia and graphic design principles. I feel strongly that proper analysis and evaluation measures are at the core of my success when designing and developing both instructional and non-instructional solutions.

Taking the time to build positive relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts allows me to conduct proper needs assessment and learner and context analysis, as well as ensure that evaluation of instruction goes beyond level 1 reaction evaluations, to measure learning, behavior and business results of instruction.
